The Department of computer science and media technology, Linneaus University, gives this yearly award to a company that stands out in competence development at the company. This year the prize was given to two companies, Infomaker in Kalmar and IST in Växjö, and the official prize is for a start placed in Växjö at the IST office.

The award ceremony was held yesterday in Växjö and Infomaker participated in a skype call together with representatives from Linneaus University and the nominee Norden Machinery.

It is a long motivation given by the jury, which ends:

"The jury’s assessment is that Infomaker Scandinavia is passionate about competence issues on a broad front and through its work and strong commitment is an important contribution to raising the general level of competence in the Linné region."
